National Mustard Museum

Today we visited the National Mustard Museum in Middleton, WI. They have over 5,000 jars of prepared mustard from around the world on display. They also let you taste from over 500 varieties. We were offered free soft pretzels because they were closing and I asked the expert helper for her mustard suggestion. Subsequently, I tried the gold medal winner of the Worldwide Mustard Competition 2011 in the “American Yellow Mustards” category. Plochman’s Premium Yellow had a nice color and was noticeably better than the typical mustard I consume.

It makes me smile every time I see it hit my Facebook feed, then I come to the real site. Have a great rest of your time in WI.
